The Holy Spirit who inspired these words does not contradict Himself by producing chaos that requires a disclaimer. This rhetoric is identical to Benny Hinn's defense of his healing crusades — if you question the manifestations, the problem is your lack of faith, not the manifestation's lack of biblical warrant.
