Why is this a red flag?
Hernandez teaches that 'we wait for God to move when He's waiting for us to move by faith.' This inverts the biblical order — placing human initiative before divine action. In the healing context, this creates a cruel implication: if you are not healed, it is because YOU have not moved by faith. God is waiting; you are the bottleneck. But Paul pleaded three times for God to remove his thorn — and God said NO, not because Paul lacked faith, but because 'My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness' (2 Corinthians 12:9). Paul left Trophimus sick at Miletus (2 Timothy 4:20) — no blame on Trophimus's faith. Timothy had 'frequent ailments' (1 Timothy 5:23) — Paul's prescription was wine, not more faith. The apostles themselves lived with unhealed conditions.
