Is this teaching biblical?
Isaiah Saldivar teaches that 'deliverance is a lifestyle' — that Christians must constantly hunt for and cast out demons. This creates a form of functional dualism where Satan appears almost as powerful as God. The historic church taught believers to fix their eyes on Jesus (the Light) so darkness naturally flees; Saldivar teaches people to stare into the darkness. Christ has ALREADY 'disarmed principalities and powers' (Col 2:15). The Christian life is about looking to Jesus, not constantly looking for demons.
What did Isaiah Saldivar say?
"Deliverance is a lifestyle. You need to be constantly casting out demons and staying free."

What does Scripture actually teach?
Colossians 2:15
"Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it."
— NKJV
Christ has ALREADY 'disarmed principalities and powers' at the cross. The victory is WON. Saldivar's 'deliverance lifestyle' suggests the battle is never over, that Christians must constantly fight demons. But Paul says Christ has TRIUMPHED — past tense, completed action. We live from victory, not toward it.
Hebrews 12:2
"Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God."
— NKJV
The Christian life is defined by 'LOOKING UNTO JESUS' — not looking for demons. Saldivar's teaching creates Christians who are demon-focused rather than Christ-focused. When we look at the Light, darkness flees. When we stare into darkness (constantly hunting demons), we lose sight of Christ.
Philippians 4:8
"Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things."
— NKJV
Paul commands believers to think on things that are true, noble, pure, lovely, praiseworthy. Saldivar teaches followers to constantly think about demons, demonic attacks, and spiritual warfare. This is the OPPOSITE of Philippians 4:8. A demon-hunting 'lifestyle' fills the mind with darkness rather than light.
1 John 4:4
"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world."
— NKJV
John says believers 'HAVE OVERCOME' — past tense. The Holy Spirit in us is 'greater than he who is in the world.' Saldivar's theology suggests Christians are in constant danger from demons, needing perpetual deliverance. But John says we have ALREADY overcome because of who indwells us. The victory is secure.
2 Timothy 1:7
"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."
— NKJV
The Spirit God gives produces power, love, and a SOUND MIND — not paranoia, fear, and demon-obsession. Saldivar's teaching produces followers who are constantly afraid of demonic attack, always looking over their shoulder. This is not the sound mind God gives but the spirit of fear He explicitly did NOT give us.
