Is this teaching biblical?
Creflo Dollar uses a false analogy to teach the 'little gods' doctrine. His logic is: horses produce horses, dogs produce dogs, so God produces gods. But this analogy fails completely. God did not 'reproduce' — He CREATED. There is an infinite qualitative difference between Creator and creature. God made humans in His IMAGE (representation), not His NATURE (essence). Being made in God's image means we reflect Him in certain ways (rationality, morality, creativity), not that we ARE Him or share His divine nature. Dollar's teaching is the original lie of the serpent.
What did Creflo Dollar say?
"If horses get together, they produce what? Horses. If the Godhead says 'Let Us make man in Our image'... what are they producing? Gods!"

What does Scripture actually teach?
Isaiah 43:10
"'You are My witnesses,' says the Lord, 'And My servant whom I have chosen, That you may know and believe Me, And understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, Nor shall there be after Me.'"

God explicitly declares: 'Before Me there was no God formed, NOR SHALL THERE BE AFTER ME.' If God 'produced gods' when creating humans, this statement is false. But God cannot lie (Titus 1:2). Dollar's teaching makes God a liar. There are no other gods — not before, not after, not in human form.
Genesis 1:27
"So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them."

God created man in His IMAGE (tselem) — a representation or likeness, not His divine essence. An image of something is not the thing itself. A photograph of a person is not the person. Being made in God's image means we reflect certain divine attributes, not that we ARE divine. Dollar confuses image with identity.
Genesis 3:5
"For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil."

This is the serpent's lie in the Garden: 'you will be like God.' Dollar's teaching that humans are 'little gods' is the EXACT same lie that caused the Fall. Satan promised divinity; Dollar delivers the same promise. The original temptation is now dressed as Christian teaching.
Ezekiel 28:2
"Son of man, say to the prince of Tyre, 'Thus says the Lord God: "Because your heart is lifted up, And you say, I am a god, I sit in the seat of gods, In the midst of the seas," Yet you are a man, and not a god, Though you set your heart as the heart of a god.'"

God's response to anyone claiming to be a god: 'You are a man, and NOT a god.' The prince of Tyre claimed deity and was condemned. Dollar teaches his followers to claim the same thing. God's verdict is unchanged: 'You are a man, and NOT a god.'
