Summary
“How many times when their check came to save our ministry from collapse.” Bonnke's praise for the Copelands is now documented in his profile, with the clip starting at 1:55. A serious concern about discernment; Exercise Caution remains our assessment.
We have added a further video and quotation to Reinhard Bonnke's profile. In the excerpt supplied by the site editor, Bonnke thanks Kenneth and Gloria Copeland for their financial support and credits their checks with keeping his ministry from collapse. This is an update to our assessment, not a claim that the recording itself is new.

“The Copelands has been so kind and have been so faithful, tremendously faithful. I would like to use this opportunity to thank them from the bottom of my heart. How many times when their check came to save our ministry from collapse. Had it not been for them I could not done the work. I believe that they will have a great reward, the Copelands and their partners, for the fruit of this ministry!”

Our concern is the spiritual endorsement contained in this statement. Bonnke does more than acknowledge financial help: he expresses his belief that the Copelands and their partners will receive a great reward for the ministry's fruit. In our editorial assessment, commending this partnership gives credibility to a ministry whose Word of Faith and prosperity teaching we reject. Readers can consider the statement alongside 1 Thessalonians 5:21 and 2 John 1:10–11, and review our separate Kenneth Copeland assessment.
Bonnke's teaching on repentance, the blood of Jesus and the cross remains a positive in his assessment. That does not cancel the serious concern about his judgment in supporting the Copeland partnership. We retain Exercise Caution and do not recommend him among the teachers we assess as faithful and reliable. This quotation does not, by itself, prove that Bonnke taught every doctrine held by Copeland. The complete profile below contains the evidence, sources and five-point assessment.
